How far in advance should i place my order?

We would love 48-72 hours notice whenever possible for boxes and boards, but will always do our best to accommodate your needs. We certainly understand that last minute needs and desires for cheese arise. 😊

For larger orders we kindly request as much notice as possible.

For Grazing tables and large scale events three weeks advance prep time is typically needed to ensure we have everything ordered and perfect for your special gathering.

How far ahead of serving time can i pick up or receive my graze?

Planning to serve your graze the same day that it is picked up or delivered is ideal. If you need to get it the day ahead, later in the day will be best. Please just note in your order or text us that it will be served the following day. If needed prior to day before please contact us so we can work out the best arrangement so your graze is fresh and beautiful as it should be.

Do you accept other payment methods than credit cards?

Yes! While you can not checkout online without paying with one of the options offered, we will gladly accept other payment methods. Please just reach out (text is quickest) when ready to place your order and we can set up payment and get order placed for you. You are welcome to Venmo, PayPal or Zelle us. What if i need to cancel my order?

We understand that plans change and situations arise. We will accept cancellations and issue refunds up to a week prior to delivery date for boards and boxes. For large scale events and grazing tables we will need three weeks notice to cancel as these require a large quantity of product to be ordered and purchased ahead.

Will my Graze look exactly like others i have seen?

Each grazing experience will be different. The items included vary based on availability and many are seasonal. You will receive all of the items listed on your product description. Also, each is a unique creation crafted for you and will have some variations in styling.

Do you customize at all or accept specific cheese, meat or other item requests?

While we do prefer to curate your graze for you, we will try to honor any request for a specific cheese, meat or other item you would like based on availability and timeline to source the specifics. If you have a theme or special occasion that we could customize for please reach out via phone or email prior to ordering so we can explore options as we are happy to curate something custom for you.

How do i place, schedule and Receive my Order?

It is easy! You can click Shop here or go to the button down below on this page or from any page on the website. Look at the offerings and choose which you think will be the best option for your needs. You can add it to your cart and make any other selections you would like to add on. A window will pop up asking for your contact info and your delivery/pick up date and a preferred time window on that date.

When you get to the checkout you will choose delivery or pick up. There is a delivery fee for which we will deliver it to the address of your choosing in Palm Coast. If your graze is going outside of Palm Coast you will need to pick it up or contact us before ordering to see if we can make delivery work.

If you are choosing the free pick up option we will need to contact you to arrange a meeting point and time on the day you schedule pick up. We have a meet up point on A1A if you are east of the bridge or at European Village if you are west of the bridge.

Please text prior to placing your order to ensure that we have availability on the day you are scheduling, as we are a small business and dates do fill up and become unavailable.

What happens if I place an order online and pay ahead but you have no availability for that date?

We will contact you immediately and refund your payment. We will make every effort we can to be able to fulfill your order.

The really important part!

The planning and prep of your grazing experiences begins as soon as your order is placed.

Your boards and boxes are created fresh on the day of your scheduled pick up/delivery.

They are very delicate and require careful handling from the moment they leave our kitchen. Someone will need to receive the order from us in hand and place it in refrigeration until about 30 minutes prior to serving.

If you are ordering a large board that will not fit in your refrigerator we need to arrange delivery to your door as close to your event time as possible. Please contact us when placing order to arrange if after normal business hours.

Once the graze leaves our hands it becomes your responsibility😊
