Hey there! I am Victoria, owner of Brie + The Butcher. Mom of two boys, pilot wife, beach and all things nature lover, and the family chef. My passion for creating fresh, delicious, beautiful food that brings people together in shared experiences led me to create Brie + The Butcher.

Beyond nourishment for our bodies and minds, food is the secret ingredient to creating memorable experiences with our family and friends, often bringing strangers to the table, sparking new relationships and fueling those with our nearest and dearest.
